Some of the tracks progressively get faster and the slow again. They are great for developing a chunk, fundamental, or rudiment up to a certain tempo. The tracks all start at 60 beats per minute (bpm). The slow to fast tracks go up to 200 bpm. The slow fast slow tracks go from 6o bpm to 180 bpm to 60bpm; these were made with percussion rudiments in mind. All tracks include the bpm in the video.
